   Physical Items — In rare cases where physical hardware or devices are required for project development or testing, shipping will be arranged through reputable courier services. Shipping charges and timelines will be communicated and agreed upon in advance. Any physical items shipped by us will include tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.
