Outlet staff run billing, stock transfers, discounts and cancellations from a counter-only or full outlet-manager view, while head office consolidates books across branches, files GST returns and closes periods centrally. A dedicated stock-keeper role handles goods receipt, transfers and stock takes, an administrator manages branches, users, roles and licensing without touching the books, and a cooperative auditor gets read-only access everywhere plus a dedicated audit trail and audit pack — so a multi-outlet cooperative runs its whole operation, and stays GST-compliant, from one system with the right role for every person touching it.
