Roles & Responsibilities::

• Develop full stack MERN apps and web applications using AI

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js and AI.

• Use AI-powered tools to improve productivity, code quality, and user experience.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI engineers to deliver modern, intelligent applications.

MERN Stack Developer(AI - First Development Approach)

Location: Remote | Job Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a MERN Stack Developer who is not just technically sound but also deeply comfortable working with AI-driven development tools.

Your role would include:

• Building full-stack applications using the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js

• Integrating AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codeium, etc.) into your daily workflow to:
  Accelerate coding and feature development
  Improve testing, debugging, and documentation

• Sound understanding of application architecture and feature implementation

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, scalable, and high-performing applications

• Continuously refining workflows to make the most of AI-powered development efficiencies

• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Required Skills:

• 2+ Years of development experience using React, JavaScript/Typescript and Nodejs

• Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or WebSockets.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding platforms (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) or experience integrating AI/ML APIs into web applications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Strong knowledge of implementing complex React based applications, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, and component state.

• Expertise in React 16 and above.

• Excellent experience with RESTful API integration and single-page application architecture. Ability to configure different environments in React.
