About Apie Technologies Apie Technologies Private Limited is a Bhubaneswar-based software product and services company building enterprise-grade digital solutions across healthcare, hospitality, compliance, and institutional sectors. Our portfolio includes a Hospital Management System, Hotel Management System, Hospital Kiosk Solution, AI-Powered Compliance Automation Platform, and Dental Clinic digital packages. We are in an active phase of business expansion and are looking for a driven marketing and business development professional to join our core team.

Role Overview We are hiring a Marketing Executive / Business Development Manager to own our outreach, lead generation, and brand presence initiatives. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who is self-driven, communicates well, and wants to grow with a fast-moving tech company. You will work directly with the Business Head and leadership team to identify new markets, build client relationships, and convert opportunities into revenue.

Responsibilities

Business Development •Identify and qualify leads across target verticals — healthcare, hospitality, education, and enterprise. •Conduct outreach via email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct calls. •Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and demos in coordination with the technical team. •Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from first contact to closure. •Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Marketing & Brand Building •Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, and email. •Create and manage content calendars in coordination with design and technical teams. •Track campaign performance metrics and optimise for lead quality and cost. •Represent Apie Technologies at industry events, expos, and networking forums. •Maintain and improve the company’s online presence and credibility.

Coordination & Reporting •Coordinate between clients, the delivery team, and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding. •Maintain CRM records, pipeline reports, and weekly activity summaries. •Share market intelligence and competitor insights to inform product and pricing decisions.

Requirements

Mandatory •Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development in any industry or domain. •Currently based in Odisha and willing to relocate to or work from Bhubaneswar. •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Odia/Hindi. •Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets. •Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and understanding of the Software Industry and products

Preferred •Prior exposure to B2B sales or enterprise software solutions. •Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). •Experience using a CRM platform (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). •Understanding of the healthcare, hospitality, or education sectors in Odisha.
