Cancellation & Refund Policy

APIE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1-2 days of signing the agreement. However, cancellations may not be accepted if the project has already been initiated, resources have been allocated, or work has commenced based on the agreed scope.
If you believe that the service delivered does not align with the scope agreed upon or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service Team within 1–2 days of delivery or the project milestone.
Our team will carefully review your concern and may arrange a discussion with the relevant service team to determine a resolution, which could include rework or partial refunds based on the findings.
If you experience any issues such as errors, bugs, or functional failures in the service provided, please report them promptly to our support team at hello@apie.tech.
Any issues reported will be reviewed and resolved as per the agreed service terms or SLA (if applicable).
